2025 U.S. United Pageant Interest Form
Now Appointing State Titles!

As an appointed titleholder, you will not compete at the state level. You will be assigned at Director that will work with you on your journey to the crown. Please be sure to read all of the information under the National Pageant link.
Appointed title fee is $195 and must be paid within 7 business days once you are accepted. You will pay an additional $195 within 10 business days to secure your title, state crown, and sash. This payment will be deducted from your Finalist Package making your fee balance $400You will then be added to our national contestant Facebook Group. This is how you will communicate with the other contestants and receive updates.
Your director will also set up a Facebook messenger group with you.

Your national finalist package is $595. 
All fees paid are non refundable and non transferable. 

**Once your application is received, someone will contact you from the National Office for an interview.
